1. Soak 2 cups of almonds from 4 hours to overnight
2. Add 2 cups of soaked almonds, 5 cups of luke-water, a dash of vanilla, a shake or two of cinnamon, and a tablespoon of honey to a blender.
3. Blend until smooth and frothy.
4. Using a metal strainer covered with 3 layers of cheesecloth, strain milk from excess almond bits.
5. Chill and serve! Easy as pie.
